28 year old man in NYC. Work in the corporate world, which means lots of sitting around (office, car) and then dabble in music which means lots of drinking opportunities, in other words not a very physically balanced lifestyle.
New to the site, was 226 lbs on August 2nd, needs to get down to 180-185 range. First stop is to be 199 lbs on Jan 1st, 2009.

So far I'm doing mostly 6 mph running/jogging 3-4 times a week and trying to increase total calories burned for the week over time. I'm also beggining to get back into weights and will do it 3 times a week.
